MISSION:To study the means of improving McClellan-Palomar Airport to provide a safe, healthful and sound economic environment while progressively enhancing the quality of life for the surrounding communities.

PAST GOALS for 2008

1. Establish stronger relationship with airport officials and operators
2. Increase positive visibility of airport and its operations
3. Develop programs to gather relevant technical airport data
4. Develop a program to help with extension of runway at airport
5. Develop program to market airport and its operations to business and the general public
