Leaders possess certain qualities, traits and experiences that propel them to the top of their communities and organizations. What are those skills and how does one gain them? Chamber University will begin its sixth session of courses designed to advance the personal and professional leadership skills of the Chamber membership. Participants in the nine-class program will gain a clear understanding of the foundations of successful leadership – including leadership styles, strategic planning and change management. Each half-day class is designed to be valuable when taken individually, however participants will gain the most benefits from taking the series as a whole.
