2010 Employer Poster-includes 16 state and federal notices that explain workers’ rights to employees. Three mandatory notices have changed for 2010, which means every employer must display an updated poster in an area that is accessible to all employees. Please note that we have both English and Spanish posters (if a business has Spanish only speakers they need to have both English and Spanish posters)Regulators will be out there and businesses who do not have an updated poster can incur fines and penalties up to $17,000. This set does not include pamphlets.
